(I also have an Acer Aspire with Intel J3710 cpu and the test works perfectly every time) stops and reports that either this graphics hardware implementation does not support Directx 12 or an Anti-virus is blocking the required test. The Passmark appears to start its 3D Graphics test for DirectX 12 and after a short period of time. However when running apps like for example the PASSMARK Performance Test 9.0 the Directx 12 graphics does not appear to function. DXDIAG reports DirectX 12 installed and no problems found. This PC has the Intel J5005 cpu.īTW this device is running the latest BIOS R01-B0 A A and has all windows 10 home updates applied to today.
